The Knoxville Public Library will host an art exhibit open house featuring the works of local artist Denise Walters McNally Thursday. McNally will be in attendance to discuss and answer questions about her projects. Heather Libby with the library says McNally brings a unique style to the library with her works.

“She has very colorful, vivid water-color prints that she creates through a multi-step process. They’re very beautiful, modern, abstract, so they brighten up the space. The night of the reception will be your last chance to see it before it comes down and we get to feature another local artist. She’ll also bring in some new pieces that we haven’t been able to view.”

The open house runs Thursday from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the library. Light refreshments will be available.
