Simpson Productions is beginning their performance of William Shakespeare’s “As You Like It” beginning tomorrow, the second performance from Simpson Productions this school year. “As You Like It” tells the story of Rosalind, who falls in love with Orlando but must flee persecution in her uncle’s court. Disguised as a boy, she escapes with her cousin, Celia, and the jester, Touchstone, seeking safety and love in the Forest of Arden.
The comedy runs Nov. 19-21 at Simpson’s Blank Performing Arts Center. Friday and Saturday shows begin at 7:30 p.m. with a Sunday matinee scheduled for 2 p.m. Adult tickets are $9, seniors and non-Simpson students are $7 and group tickets (10 or more) are $6.50 apiece.
