The Knoxville Public Library will host a special stories and crafts event Wednesday for children in kindergarten through 2nd grade. Heather Libby with the library says this will be a special way to begin the holiday season in addition to the regularly scheduled programming.

“On Wednesday, we have our 10:30 stories and craft for the under 5 group, and a special story and craft for that slightly older group. That’s going to be at 11:30. It’ll kick off the holiday as kids are out from school. If you’re out running some last minute errands, stop in.”

The event begins at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Knoxville Library.
