Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. It’s a federal holiday celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November for giving thanks and for recognizing the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year.

As a federal holiday, all government offices will be closed, including departments in courthouses and city halls. Most financial institutions and many retailers also close to recognize the holiday. Anyone needing to do business at these locations should plan to do so today or Friday.
