Several Christmas-themed events will be held Saturday in Melcher-Dallas.

The Lions Club Christmas Spirit Day will be at the Community Center at 9:00 a.m. Preschool students will sing at 10:30, with Santa Claus arriving at 11:00.

The Melcher-Dallas PTO will hold its annual craft and vendor show from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the high school. Door prizes, raffles, and food will be available.

The Melcher-Dallas American Legion Auxiliary will hold a free carry-out Christmas meal from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Cindy and the Grinch will be in the park for photo opportunities from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Melcher-Dallas Library will hold a craft and ornament session from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m., with refreshments available.

This will be followed by the festival of trees and tree lighting in the library courtyard at 5:00, with a special guest to be delivered by the Melcher-Dallas Fire Department.
