23 structures have been demolished at the VA campus in Knoxville as of the latest update. Facilities and Maintenance Director Chris Nesteby says progress continues as scheduled. Confluence, the development firm selected for the project, will soon present property values based on comparisons to similar properties throughout the Midwest and Iowa.
