The Knoxville Boys Basketball Squad will face one of its toughest challenges of the season when class 1A #5 Grandview Christian comes to town. The Thunder are undefeated at 13-0 and have scored 90 or more points four times this season and defensively only allowing 50 twice. Knoxville Head Coach Troy Pearson says his team needs to get better defending the inside, which will get tested by 6/11 inch Daniel Tobiloba for the Thunder.

Pearson: “We need to keep the ball out of the lane defensively. We’re not physical enough on the ball and off the ball. We have a lot of lean kids and we’re going up against kids that have 40 pounds on our kids. So that’s what we need to get better at.”

Last year, Grandview Christian beat the Panthers 69-23. Listen for the call on 95.3 KNIA starting with the pregame at 7:45.
