Delayed by one week due to the most recent major snow storm, the Pella High School varsity show choir season started this past weekend in Grimes.

Pella’s groups AcaPella and Bravo competed at the DCG Take Two Invitational, with the main varsity group (AcaPella) winning the grand championship and Bravo placing 4th in the final standings. AcaPella also earned best vocals in the category awards, and Senior Meridith Rowe was selected as the Outstanding Soloist.
