The Simpson women’s and men’s basketball teams head to Wartburg today for an American Rivers Conference doubleheader, with the women facing off against one of the top conference rivals and the men trying to fight their way back into the conference tournament discussion.

The #4 women blew out the Knights in their first matchup in December with a lead as high as 30 at multiple points, and Wartburg is coming off of a surprising loss to Dubuque on Wednesday, and with a win the Storm would be up three games on all challengers for the regular season conference title.

The Storm men continue their busy week, playing their sixth game in two weeks. The struggling Storm fell behind early against the Knights and couldn’t keep up, as they look for their first win since December.
