The Twin Cedars basketball squads earned a split at HLV on Monday night with the girls winning 42-37 and the boys falling 54-47. The girls trailed early but gained control in the 2nd half. Brooke Roby was high scorer for the Sabers with 17 while Cheyanne Bruns scored 15 points. The boys were led by Devin Arkema’s 36 points with Dallas Clark putting in 15. Both Sabers squads are on the road tonight to Ankeny Christian.
