The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce is hosting their largest event of the year later this month. The Chamber’s Annual Gathering will be held on Tuesday, February 22nd from 5:30-7:30 pm at Pine Knolls Golf Course. Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Emma Skahill tells KNIA/KRLS News that the event will touch on the impact of the growth of Knoxville in the coming years.
“We know over on the (old) VA Campus there will be space for some new commercial businesses, but just having more people come to town too is a really exciting thing because it means more people who will learn about the businesses here in Knoxville and who will want to shop local and support the businesses that are here in our town. So, it’s a really exciting time here in Knoxville and we’re excited to talk more about it during the Annual Gathering.”
