Knoxville Hospital & Clinics Internal Medicine provider Bhama Jayaveerapandian earned the distinction of “United Heroes” for outstanding patient experience scores in 2021 from United Healthcare. The award is based on feedback from patients and is presented to providers who achieve scores of 80% or higher. In addition to the award, Dr. Bhama will be recognized in the February 2022 issue of Renew magazine, UnitedHealthcare’s member magazine, along with others who have achieved this accomplishment.
