Registration is open for the annual Warren County Polar Plunge taking place in March. Organizer Randy Spurr tells KNIA News participants can participate in many different ways even if they don’t wish to take the plunge, and making a team-theme can also be a good way to make it a fun event and raise money that goes right back into Special Olympics events and causes.
The event will take place on March 5th at Norwalk United Methodist Church beginning at noon, with on-site registration taking place an hour beforehand. A post party will take place inside the church with food provided immediately after the plunge is complete. Registration is available online.
