Central College men’s track and field high jumper Drake Lewis was named the American Rivers Conference Field Event Performer of the Week. Lewis cleared the bar at 6 feet, 9.75 inches at the Darren Young Invitational Saturday, moving up to No. 3 in NCAA Division III this season. Lewis is a three-time conference champion in the high jump and a two-time national qualifier. Central next competes at the Liz Wuertz Invitational hosted by Wartburg College on Saturday.
