The Marion County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session tomorrow. The agenda includes discussions and possible action on the fiscal year 2023 employee benefits and library funding. The board will also consider a resolution on the 2nd reading of proposed Marion County Ordinance 2022-1, amending the zoning map from Agricultural to Heavy Industrial Restricted at 1596 Highway T15 in Knoxville. 

They will consider a resolution on Mid-Iowa Planning Alliance membership and participation, IMPACT Community Action partnership and homeless prevention program, and memorandum of agreement for cybersecurity assessments between Iowa National Guard and Marion County. The board will also consider action on the courthouse grounds special event application for the Knoxville Farmers Market, and the intent to appoint a new Marion County Recorder to fill the vacancy. 

The board of supervisors will hear an update on the VA demolition project and consider action a change order with the project. They will also hold a public hearing and consider action on the Marion County FY23 Maximum Property Tax Levy, and proposed Marion County Fiscal Year 2023 Budget.
