Following the flag ceremony at Pella High School, Governor Kim Reynolds joined Iowa Workforce Development Director Beth Townsend at The Well in Pella.

Reynolds toured the facility and received updates about the various programs housed in the facility on Oskaloosa Street, and in particular, was focused on the growth of the Well Works program.

Executive Director of The Well Jayson Henry led the tour, as Reynolds met with various staff, volunteers, and participants in their programs.

The Well Works program is expanding to Fairfield this year, and received a grant from Future Ready Iowa to bring the work-based experience to a new community.
