Third generation family member Mindi VandenBosch will take the role of Vice President of Operations at Vermeer Corporation. The announcement was made Tuesday afternoon.
“Mindi’s passion for people and her love for problem solving bring important qualities to our operations. Personally, I’m proud to have my sister take this role and oversee such a critical part of our business and lead a large, important part of our workforce,” said Jason Andringa, president and CEO.
In late 2020, Vanden Bosch took over the role of Managing Director of Forage Solutions, leading the product development, commercialization and customer support of the company’s lineup of hay tools and feeding solutions.
Vanden Bosch is the granddaughter of Vermeer founder Gary Vermeer. Mindi spent time in both the banking and manufacturing industries in Michigan prior to joining the company. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI and an MBA from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, MI. She, her husband and three children live in Pella.
