Phase 2 of the Indianola Downtown Square Reconstruction Project has been delayed due to weather, and will begin on Monday, March 14th. The fences on the east side of the Warren County Justice Center will be taken down and cones put up this week, with construction work beginning next Monday.

Traffic control and fencing will be erected beginning Monday, which includes Salem Ave from 1st St to Howard, Howard from Salem to Ashland, as well as the intersection of Salem and Howard.

Street removal will begin on Tuesday, including work on the water mains, the removal of poles and other street signage, and a turnaround will be established on Salem before the Salem and Howard intersection, which will allow parking accommodation in the area.
