The Knoxville City Council met in a regular session last night. The council approved the 2022-23 budget. The Council held a public hearing on the 2022 Water reclamation facility improvement project. After the hearing, the council looked at the three bids received for the project and awarded the project to  CL Carol Co. INC in the amount of $4,850,000.
