Pella Christian senior forward Eric Mulder ended his impressive high school career with one final accolade as he was named to the Iowa Print Sports Writers Association Class 2A All-State 1st Team.

He is the 9th Eagles player in Pella Christian history to earn 1st team All-State recognition and is the first since Levi Jungling was recognized in 2017 and 2016.

Mulder finished his final season on Eagle Lane with the seventh most blocks (52), and sixth most rebounds (252) in all of Class 2A, while playing the fourth toughest schedule in the class per BCMoore. He was named to the Class 2A All-Tournament team after posting dominant double-doubles in both of the Eagles games at the State Tournament last week. Mulder was also named to the All-Little Hawkeye Conference First Team for the second time in his career and was a unanimous selection this season. 

Mulder is committed to continue his basketball and academic career at Purdue University Fort Wayne in Indiana next school year.
