Marion County Emergency Management with the help of Hy-Vee is holding an event today as part of Severe Weather Awareness Week. Emily Feagins, Assistant EMA/911 Coordinator tells KNIA/KRLS news what’s happening:

“I will be assisting people in getting them signed up for our new Marion County alert system, and I can also program weather radios if you bring them in.

Emily will be at t the Knoxville Hy-Vee from 2-4 today. She was at the Pella High Vee earlier in the week.
