With the lack of numbers for the Melcher-Dallas Boys Track and Field Squad, the Saints will be hard pressed to come up with relays this season. They will do just that with some limits. Coach John Suntken tells KNIA Sports if all goes well they will have a few relays to put out there.

Suntken: “We’ve got some good 400 runners and some good 200 runners. We’ll throw a few relays together and focus on individual improvement and hope things get better.”

Melcher-Dallas gets the track and field season started next Monday at Meskwaki Settlement.
