Local athletes competed at the Iowa Girls Coaches Association Larry Niemeyer Senior Girls Basketball Games over the weekend. Malorie McKinney from Pleasantville was selected to the Class 2A White Team coached by Matt Lindeman from Grundy Center, while Indianola’s Lauren Blake was selected to the 3A/4A/5A Grey Select Team coached by Josef Sigrist from WDM Valley, and Norwalk’s Jocelyn Bice was chosen for the 4A/5A Gray Team coached by Jamie Smith from Solon.
