The Knoxville Raceway hopes Mother Nature cooperates for the entire night of racing as all three sprint car classes will be in action. Last week they got all of the heat races in and had just started the 360 A-Main when rains ended the night. All three A-Mains from last week will be made up starting with the Pro Sprints next week, the 360 feature on May 14th and the 410 feature race on May 21st. Race Director John McCoy tells KNIA/KRLS Sports all the credit goes to the Dunkins and the rest of the track prep crew for even giving the raceway a chance to do anything last week.

McCoy: “I just thought everybody did a great job, the track crew worked Friday night, and this time of year with the colder temperatures doesn’t help, and last week we had warmer temperatures to help us out.”

Hear more from McCoy during tonight’s coverage which begins with Live Track Side at 5:00 and Race Nights Live at 7:00 on KNIA and streamed live at kniakrls.com.
