The Simpson Baseball team dropped a doubleheader to Loras Saturday 7-6 and 7-4. The Storm took the lead in game one with a three-run fifth inning and increased the lead to 6-2 with a three-run eighth inning. The DuHawks scored four in the eighth and walked off with the win in the ninth. The Storm jumped out to a 2-0 lead in game two but Loras came back and tied the game in the second inning. The Storm took a 3-2 lead in the third and held it till the fifth when Loras plated two to take a 4-3 lead and would never give the lead back. The Storm finishes the season 18-20 overall and 9-14 in conference play.
