Marion County Extension has partnered with America’s Small Business Development Center Iowa to bring the Energize the Economy Roadshow to Knoxville on Tuesday, May 10 from 11:30 am- 1:00 pm on the Knoxville Square. Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Community and Economic Development Coordinator Dan Nieland spoke with KNIA/KRLS News about the event.
“We are extremely excited to bring this to Knoxville. We are going to be bringing a trailer that highlights everything America’s SBDC, which used to be called the Small Business Development Center, can do along with what the Iowa State Extension can do for small businesses.”
The event will feature local food vendors and access to resource materials, information about upcoming webinars, and SBDC Business counselors to answer general small business
