Work continues on the VA project. Marion County Facilities director Chris Nesteby spoke with KNIA/KRLS News about the progress of the project.

“We are final grading right now. We started on the Young’s Park side of the property and we have a grading plan to bring the dirt there to a graded level that can be seeded down. On top of the final grading, they are putting topsoil on and doing seeding.”

The project is still on schedule and under budget.
