Diving back into the Bluegrass Conference the class 1A #7 Twin Cedars Softball Squad jumped on Moravia in a 14-1 victory that took just three innings to complete. Two runs in the1st, three in the 2nd before nine runs were posted to make the 12 run rule go into effect. Grace Bailey got the win going two innings. Kisha Reed drove in three runs and hit an inside the park home run. Rylee Dunkin added a hit and two RBI and two stolen bases. Player Chloe Durian tells KNIA/KRLS Sports everyone is playing with a lot of confidence especially at the plate.
Durian: “Definitely we have a very solid team all the way through, and we have the confidence to win if we put in the effort and want to win,”

The baseball Sabers fell to Moravia 10-0. Coach Mark Schroeder told KNIA/KRLS Sports the defense made too many errors to give themselves a chance.
