A memorial service for David LaVern Marshall, 92, of Oskaloosa, will be held Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. in the Bates Funeral Chapel with Pastor Steve Howe officiating. As was David’s wish, his body has been cremated. Burial will follow services in the Bellefountaine Cemetery in Tracey. The Bates Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will begin Monday, July 11, 2022, after 11 a.m. in the Bates Funeral Chapel and the family will be at the funeral chapel from 6-8 Monday evening to greet friends and relatives. Memorials may be made to the family that will be used to establish a tribute that honors Dave at Edmundson Golf Course.
