After weather conditions and the pandemic largely limited activities for the 2021 edition of the Lake Red Rock Balloonfest, the event returned in full force this weekend, especially on Saturday. Both scheduled balloon launches were on after Friday night’s cancellation, and both night glows were held at North Overlook Beach, as were several other activities. The PACE Alliance held the first “Paddle Battle” on the beach Saturday morning following the 5K. Food and music returned as well. Photos from the 11th Annual Red Rock Balloonfest will be posted on the KNIA/KRLS Facebook Page by Monday morning.
