The Simpson football team had a record-setting day in October as they defeated Luther in a 68-34 win, mustering 656 yards of offense including 317 yards on the ground. The Storm scored 27 first quarter points on the back of Hunter Ogle scoring three touchdowns, and the points just continued as Simpson built a 40-7 halftime lead. Ogle ended the day with 173 yards and four touchdowns, quarterback Brett Bobinet threw for 249 yards and three scores, and receiver Joe McNally caught six passes for 151 yards and a score.
