Funeral services for Louise Van Woerkom will be held at 10:30am, Tuesday, September 6th, at Cornerstone Church. Visitation will begin at 2:00pm, Monday the church, with family present from 4:00-6:00pm. The Garden Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
