Twin Cedars will try to get the offense going while trying to stop one of the top scoring teams in the state after week one as BGM lies in wait for the Sabers. The Bears rolled up 78 points in an overtime win over Iowa Valley last week while Twin Cedars was held to 152 total yards last week in a 60-14 loss to Tri-County. BGM rolled up 595 yards of total offense, but gave up almost as much to Iowa Valley. Sabers Coach Cam Parker feels confident his team can do some things against a good BGM squad.

Parker: “It was the same situation last year, they scored a lot of points, but also gave up a lot of points. I’m hoping we can score some points and get our offense going.”

The Sabers have been relying on several players on the offense however on defense Nate Curry and Noah Fee have been the leading tacklers in the first two weeks.
