Christopher Ryan Brosham, 19, of Knoxville, was charged with Sex Abuse 3rd Degree for an incident that took place in June of 2022. The victim is 15, four or more years younger than Brosham. The defendant admitted to law enforcement to having intercourse with the juvenile female. Defendants are always presumed innocent until proven guilty.
