Before what could be one of the most special and successful postseason runs in school history begins for the #1 Dutch girls and #2 Pella boys’ cross country teams, the athletes in green and white will get one more regular season meet.

Pella heads to Hillcrest Academy near Kalona for the last race before conference and state qualifying. While the last three events for both the boys and girls have featured several ranked opponents and critical tests ahead of the playoffs, just Washington is ranked in Class 3A heading into the varsity field.

The Dutch girls start varsity racing at 5:30 p.m., followed by the boys, with junior high and JV races starting before at 4 p.m.
