For the first time since 2009, the Central College women’s cross country team has cracked the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division III National Coaches’ Poll.

The Dutch debut at No. 33 in the rankings, which includes 35 squads. American Rivers Conference foe Wartburg College is #2 and Loras College is #23. Central is coming off a first-place performance at the 15-team Aurora University (Ill.) Invitational in Geneva, Illinois Saturday, which is the squad’s third meet title in four outings.

The Dutch next compete at the Augustana (Ill.) Interregional Invitational on October 15th.
