The Knoxville City Council met in a special meeting Monday. The council approved a site plan for C & O Real Estate LLC for a new dental office building on W. Bell Avenue. The dental office is expected to be a 4,870 square foot facility. 

The dental office was approved by planning and zoning in early October.

Heather Ussery, Knoxville City Manager, says, “There was discussion about the access point to the building off of West Bell Avenue. The access point for the building and the distance between the intersection that was the main discussion about it overall. Concerns and safety concerns ensure the additional traffic will be able to take that on, on West Bell Avenue.”

They will now move forward to securing building permits.
