Earlier this week, State Senator Ken Rozenboom won another term representing Pella and the surrounding area in a new district, while Barb Kniff-McCulla joined the Iowa House to begin political service.

Rozenboom says after nearly retiring at the end of the previous session, he felt called back to serve additional time in the senate and feels there is still business to accomplish over the next two year general assembly in Senate District 19.

Kniff-McCulla says after a brief break following campaign work, she’ll be devoting most of her time to prepare for work in the Iowa House representing District 37.
