The Melcher-Dallas Girls Basketball Squad will have just one senior on the team this year. Kasyn Reed will be looked on to provide the kind of leadership that Coach Kelsey Goff wants. Goff tells KNIA Sports Reed has been a four year veteran and will be a great asset for the Saints.

Goff : “I’ve coached her whole high school career and she’s experienced a lot of things in high school basketball. I want her to have that great experience leading her team and enjoying the experience with her teammates.”

Reed averaged 6.5 points per game last season, grabbed 118 rebounds and had ten blocks for the Saints. Melcher-Dallas will tip off the season Tuesday at Wayne.
