Another winter storm expected to have impacts on northern portions of the state will more than likely be another rain event locally today, according to the National Weather Service. Widespread totals between 1/2″ to an inch of precipitation are expected throughout most of the day. Additionally, wind gusts up to 40 MPH will remain possible as a Wind Advisory has been issued until 9:00 this evening. Otherwise mild conditions will continue through Thursday, with a slight chance for winter precipitation that day, and breezy conditions will return by Friday with much colder air expected as highs drop into the 20s for the week leading up to Christmas.
