Terrace View by Kading Properties, located off Highway 92 next to Wal-Mart will soon be having families moving in. According to Carrie Woerdeman, Director of  Development, the property will consist of 155 market rental rate townhome units.

Woerdeman tells KNIA/KRLS they have received the first batch of certificates of occupancy earlier this week. There is a bit of a delay moving families in due to some electrical materials.

According to Woerdeman, “So, we’re really excited to start moving people in. We anticipate typically once we start opening units, we look to receive occupancy on anywhere from two to six units per week.”

She added that first occupancy on two of the buildings for four units were received last week. The units are expected to provide housing for around 350 to 400 individuals when completed. The first move-ins are scheduled for February 17.
