The Marion County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session Tuesday at 9 a.m.

They will discuss the Legislative update from Kelly Meyers, Skinner and Pashke PLLC as well as the vacancy of the Marion County Attorney.

Also on the agenda will be a discussion on a Civil Service Commission Appointment. They will hear a memorandum of Understanding Regarding Reimbursement From MH/DS of the County Rural Offices of Social Services Region (CROSS) for County Employees.

Discussion will take place on a trust investment. Another item is discussion on Marion County Property, 104 S. Sixth Street. A resolution for funding agreement for LDJ Rise Project. A resolution about Marion County FY24 Maximum Property Tax Dollars will be discussed. 

The road department will give an update and discussion on authorizing employee benefit plans of Marion County, among other matters.
