The Simpson men’s wrestling team has a crucial match against Dubuque today in American Rivers Conference action, while the women’s and men’s basketball teams travel to Nebraska Wesleyan for a doubleheader.

The Storm wrestling team is currently 2-5 in the conference standings, and with a win against #20 Dubuque would equal their best American Rivers Conference win total since the early 2000’s. Action starts tonight at 7pm.

The Simpson women’s basketball team has a chance to keep pace in the conference standings against a Nebraska Wesleyan team that has not seen much success in conference play this year. The Storm are currently a game back from 3rd place Coe, who takes on undefeated Wartburg tonight.

The Storm men are in a three-way tie for the 6th and final American Rivers Conference tournament spot, and will have to upset 2nd place Nebraska Wesleyan to do so. The Prairie Wolves are just a game back of first place Central, and defeated the Storm 80-69 in their first matchup.

Tip-off is at 5:30pm in Lincoln.
