The Indianola boys basketball team defeated the Scarlets of Des Moines East Tuesday evening in a non-conference matchup 94-64. The Indians put up 53 points in the first half, leading 29-13 after the first and 53-31 at the break. The second half was no different, as the Indians continued to pour it on in the third quarter scoring another 23 before emptying out the bench late in the fourth. Brayden Drea led four Indians in double figures scoring 24, while Casey Glascock had 20, Drew Kingery 18, and Brady Blake 11.
The Indians are now 19-2 on the season, and will wrap up the regular season with a non-conference tilt against class 3A #1 Bondurant-Farrar tomorrow at Indianola High School.
