The Pella City Council approved fees for both for Pella Fiber and Bos Landen Golf Course at their meeting Tuesday evening.

An ordinance adopted amended fees related to mesh WiFi services and established rates at the golf course now fully-operated by the City of Pella. The council also accepted public improvements for Shady Brook Acres plat two, and held two public hearings to convey easement interests to MidAmerican Energy for transmission line upgrades and to Pella Timberview, LLC.

During policy and planning, the council discussed the revised Architectural Design Guidelines manual and received an update about the 2022 sidewalk inspection and repair program.
