The second half of the Iowa High School Speech Association competitive season begins today with district contests.

All Marion County Schools will send their students to Marshalltown High School for the chance to qualify for state, while Warren County will head to Mount Ayr High School.

Students that earn Division I ratings from a judge will head to North Scott High School (Marion County) or Ames (Warren County) on March 11th for the state competition.
