The Indianola Community School District is reviewing their brand, looking to consolidate all of the secondary logos and different colors the district uses into one for all sports teams, stationary, and official uses. Superintendent Ted Ihns tells KNIA News the brand review will be conducted by a committee that has many different viewpoints across the community.

‘We have some from the business area, some community members and parents, staff, students, administration, someone from each of the buildings. And you don’t want too big of a committee because then you never get it narrowed down. We are technically scheduled for four meetings this spring. We are going to go through the process of what it looks like and foundational things, then continue to meet. Right now we have 17 people on the committee involved in all of those groups.”

Ihns also said he wants to make sure the community knows the primary logo for the district will not change. For more information, tune in to today’s Let’s Talk Indianola.
