Carousel Theatre in Indianola is continuing their performance of their spring 2023 show this Friday, showing Rumors written by Paul Simon. Assistant Director Alex Lindsley tells KNIA News Rumors is a witty, adult-humor style show that features multiple styles of comedy, and will have a unique Carousel Theatre style to the popular show due to director Michelle Vaudrin’s influence.

“It’s really easy to go out and look at pictures and videos of how other people in other places have done it, and we didn’t want to see anything else. She has really brought that vision to life, that is what is setting us apart. This long-time experienced actress, now taking the reins as the director, and she has really helped guide this production in a really interesting and unique way.”

Shows are at La Vida Loca Winery Friday and Saturday at 7pm, with a Sunday show at 2pm.
