There will be a severe weather storm spotter training session held Monday at 6:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Doors will open at 6 p.m.

The meeting will be held at the Marion County Public Health Training Room at 2003 North Lincoln Street in Knoxville. The class is being brought by the National Weather Service, in conjunction with Marion County Emergency Management.

The class is free of charge and registration is not required according to Emily Feagins, Assistant Emergency Management Coordinator.
