Strong winds and bitter cold for the first day of April has the Dutch spring teams off until Monday. Pella’s boys and girls soccer teams were scheduled for action this weekend, but will instead next take on Norwalk Tuesday, with the boys at home and girls heading west; both Head Coaches Mark Solomon and Mark Howard have been looking forward to tough tests early in their respective seasons, and the traditionally strong Warriors will provide those opportunities.

Pella’s girls tennis team has yet to debut after Friday’s Knoxville dual was postponed a few weeks, and they will now start their journey on the long road to Huxley Monday. The Dutch girls track and field team is also having to wait for their outdoors debut after the DCG Invitational was cancelled; they will head to a moved up meet in Waukee on Monday afternoon as well.

The Pella boys soccer team match vs. Marion scheduled today was moved to May 16th.
